Limited Lifetime Warranty

T.F. Retay, LLC d/b/a Retay USA provides a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of their firearm, subject to specific terms and conditions outlined below.

This warranty demonstrates our commitment to quality manufacturing and customer satisfaction. We stand behind every firearm we produce.

Retay USA warrants that your firearm is free of defects in material and workmanship for the entire time the original purchaser owns the firearm.

What Is Covered:

• Firearm receiver and action
• Barrel assembly
• Internal mechanical components
• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Manufacturing defects in workmanship

What Is NOT Covered Under Lifetime Warranty:

• Firearm finish (cosmetic wear)
• Grips
• Recoil pads
• Magazines
• Sights (iron or optic)
• Accessories

Note: Warranty for finish, grips, recoil pads, magazines, sights, and accessories is limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This limited lifetime warranty automatically terminates upon transfer of the firearm to another individual or entity.

Important: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who acquired the firearm new from an authorized Retay USA dealer.

Retay USA's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective firearm or component at our sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Unauthorized Modifications or Careless Handling

Any defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized modifications, or alterations to the firearm.

2. Ammunition-Related Issues

• Defective or improper ammunition
• Reloaded or hand-loaded ammunition
• Ammunition not meeting SAAMI specifications

3. Neglect, Abuse, or Improper Maintenance

• Corrosion from improper storage or lack of maintenance
• Neglect or abuse of the firearm
• Ordinary wear and tear from normal use
• Failure to follow manufacturer's maintenance guidelines

4. Criminal Misuse or Negligence

• Criminal misuse of the firearm
• Negligent handling
• Use of firearm while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Warning: Using improper ammunition or operating a firearm while impaired can result in serious injury or death. Always follow safe handling practices and use only approved ammunition.

Step 3: Return Authorization

Our customer service team will provide instructions for returning your firearm for warranty service. Do not ship your firearm without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Note: Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Retay USA. We will cover return shipping for warranty-covered repairs.

This limited warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages. Retay USA is not responsible for:

• Economic loss or damage to property
• Personal injury or death resulting from use or misuse of the firearm
• Loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss
• Costs of ammunition, range fees, or other incidental expenses

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
