Limited Lifetime Warranty

Retay USA warrants to the original purchaser that the firearm is free of defects in material and workmanship, and promises to remedy any such defect for the entire time the original purchaser owns the firearm. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — that is, errors made at the factory or flaws in the materials used. It is not a guarantee of performance, and it does not cover repairs arising from ordinary wear and tear, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, or any other cause described in Section 2. A malfunction is covered only if Retay USA determines it was caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

Covered for the life of original ownership:

• Receiver and action
• Barrel assembly
• Internal mechanical components
• Defects in material and workmanship

Covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase only:

• Firearm finish, including camouflage hydrographic dip, chrome, Cerakote, and all other applied coatings
• Grips and stocks
• Recoil pads
• Magazines
• Sights (iron and optical)
• Accessories

This warranty terminates automatically upon transfer of the firearm to any individual or entity other than the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who acquired the firearm new from an authorized Retay USA dealer. The liability of Retay USA under this warranty is limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the firearm or component, at Retay USA’s sole discretion.

2.1 Unauthorized Service, Repair, or Modification

This warranty does not cover any damage, malfunction, or defect caused by or related to work performed by any person or entity other than Retay USA or a gunsmith or repair facility approved in advance and in writing by Retay USA. This includes unauthorized repair, mechanical modification, cosmetic modification or refinishing, alteration, and the substitution of non-factory parts or components.

2.2 Handling, Maintenance, and Use

Retay USA will not warranty or be responsible for:

1. Careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, or modifications. Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless or improper handling, misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized adjustment or modification of the firearm.

2. Improper assembly. Damage or malfunction resulting from improper disassembly or reassembly of the firearm, or from installation of components in a manner inconsistent with the owner’s manual.

3. Ammunition. Damage, defects, or failure to function resulting from defective, low-quality, improper, reloaded, hand-loaded, or non-standard ammunition, or ammunition that does not meet SAAMI specifications.

This includes failure to cycle. Semi-automatic firearms require ammunition that meets a minimum power level in order to operate the action. A firearm that will not cycle reliably with underpowered, low-recoil, reduced-recoil, subsonic, or otherwise non-standard ammunition is functioning as designed and is not defective. Such a condition is not covered by this warranty and is not grounds for return.

Before purchasing ammunition, consult your owner’s manual for the loads your specific model is rated to use, or contact Retay USA at 800-977-5749 or service@retayusa.com and we will confirm the correct ammunition for your firearm.

4. Neglect, corrosion, and wear. Corrosion, neglect, improper storage, ordinary wear and tear, unreasonable use, or failure to perform the maintenance and cleaning procedures described in the owner’s manual. Any repair determined by Retay USA to be necessitated by lack of proper maintenance or negligent handling is excluded from coverage.

5. Criminal misuse or impairment. Criminal misuse, negligence, unlawful use, or use of the firearm while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Warning: Using improper ammunition or operating a firearm while impaired can result in serious injury or death. Always follow safe handling practices and use only ammunition that meets SAAMI specifications for your firearm.

2.3 Documentation and Sole Discretion

Prior to issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approving warranty service, Retay USA reserves the right to require photographs and/or other supporting documentation of the firearm and the reported condition. Such documentation may be requested at any point in the process and may be used to evaluate the claim and determine eligibility before authorization for shipment or repair is granted. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim. Retay USA shall have sole discretion in determining whether a defect is covered under this warranty and whether warranty service will be authorized.

2.4 No Waiver or Precedent

Retay USA may, at its sole discretion and as a matter of customer accommodation, elect to repair or replace a firearm or component that falls outside the terms of this warranty. Any such accommodation is voluntary, applies only to the specific instance in which it is granted, and does not:

• constitute a waiver of any term, limitation, or exclusion of this warranty;
• create any precedent, course of dealing, or expectation of similar treatment in the future, whether for the same customer or any other; or
• extend, modify, or reinstate warranty coverage for the firearm in question or any other firearm.

No employee, dealer, or representative has authority to modify this warranty or to bind Retay USA to any obligation beyond the terms stated in this document.

Please include a description of the claimed defect along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the model and serial number of your firearm. Photographs of the firearm and the reported condition may be requested before your claim can be evaluated.


If your firearm is not cycling, please confirm the ammunition you are using before contacting us. Verify that your loads meet the minimum requirements listed in your owner’s manual, and clean and lubricate the firearm per the manual. Cycling issues caused by underpowered ammunition or by a dirty or dry action are not warranty conditions, and a firearm shipped for this reason will be returned at the owner’s expense.


Step 2 — Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Our customer service team will evaluate your claim and, if service is authorized, provide an RMA number and shipping instructions. Do not ship your firearm without first obtaining an RMA number. Firearms received without an RMA number may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

Step 3 — Shipping
Shipping costs, both to Retay USA and for return of the firearm, may be the responsibility of the customer. Retay USA will advise you of any applicable shipping charges at the time your RMA number is issued.
Firearms Found Not to Be Covered

If a firearm is received and inspection determines that the condition is not covered by this warranty, Retay USA will contact the owner with an estimate for non-warranty repair. Repairs will not proceed without the owner’s authorization.

Storage fees. If the owner does not authorize repair or arrange for return of the firearm within ninety (90) days of the date Retay USA issues the estimate, a storage fee of one dollar ($1.00) per day will begin to accrue. Accrued storage fees must be paid in full before the firearm is released.

Unclaimed firearms. A firearm that remains unclaimed for three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date the estimate was issued, or for the period established by applicable Maryland law, whichever is longer, will be deemed abandoned. Retay USA may thereafter dispose of the firearm in accordance with all applicable federal and Maryland law. Retay USA will send written notice to the owner’s last known address before any such disposition.

Retay USA specifically excludes from this warranty, and will not be responsible for, any incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to person or property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence, or otherwise.
